Technical Equipment

With the Ametek RK Series Pneumatic Dead Weight Tester, we produce NIST Traceable Pressures from 4” Water Column to 300 PSIG with +/-0.05% of Reading Accuracy.

For pressures from 50 to 10,000 PSIG, our Ametek T Series Hydraulic Dead Weight Tester is capable of generating NIST Traceable Pressures with +/-0.1% of Reading Accuracy.

We utilize a vacuum chamber for evacuation and filling of diaphragm seal, capillary and pressure instruments, such as pressure gauges, switches and/or transmitters (including Rosemount, Honeywell and Foxboro) assemblies. Our popular fill fluids include DC200 Silicone Oil, Food Grade Silicone Oil, Ethylene Glycol, U.S.P. Glycerin & Fluorolube.

Our glass bead cleaning machine is ideal for refurbishing metal parts of instruments undergoing repair.
